If you are having trouble try these steps to activate the parent’s Canvas accounts.
1. Go to https://springbranchisd.instructure.com/login/canvas
2.Enter your Skyward Family Access email address.
3. Click Forgot password and wait for an email to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
4. Follow the link and enter a new password (It can be the same one as Skyward)
5. Go back to the link on step one and log in with your email and new password.
6. You should now be able to see your student’s canvas courses
