Welcome to the Edgewood Elementary PTA! 

Our goals to support Edgewood include:

• Create community atmosphere through events   and communication
   

• Encourage and increase parent involvement
   

• Raising funds for the school to use for such things as extra supplies that are needed throughout the year; art projects, reading/writing programs, school improvements, special events and other things that otherwise go unfunded in our times of tight school budgets

We invite you to come to our business meetings, help out with events or just want to assist to become an involved parent, we hope you'll consider yourself a part of the PTA and become as active as you have the time or inclination to be.

Nuestras metas para apoyar a Edgewood son:

• Crear ambiente comunitario por medio de eventos y comunicación.
   
• Incrementar la participación de los padres.
   
• Aumentar fondos para uso educativo. Por ejemplo; proyectos de arte, programas de lectura y escritura, eventos especiales, y otras cosas que normalmente no son cubiertos por el presupuesto de nuestra escuela.

Esperamos que se considere usted un padre involucrado en el educación de su hijo. Es usted un valioso miembro de nuestro PTA Solamente con presentarse a nuestras reuniones y ayudar en nuestros eventos
